Process analysis: The Die cast aluminum alloy electrical cooling parts products are heat sink products. There are two kinds of making process for this product. One is cold forging process and the other is die casting process. Because of the hollow in the Die cast aluminum alloy electrical cooling parts, we choose die casting process to make it.
Mold steel H13 was choosed for mold production. The maximum using number of the mold is 50,000, and the mold should be repaired after making 50,000 products.
Material analysis is performed on the raw material before die casting to ensure that the material meets the standard. After the mold is testing, and the sample is qualified, we begin to make mass production.
Random inspection will be done during mass production. The whole quality test is performed before leaving the factory. We issue test reports for our customers.
