Process Analysis: The parts will be used as motorcycle components and are made by die casting.
We employ glass bead shot blasting and robot grinding after the die casting process considering the high requirements to outlook appearance and parts replacement.
Special tooling is used during machining to ensure the consistency to the maximum extent.
The surface condition is checked strictly, and those with surface defects are treated as scrap.
The machining is relatively simple with drilling and twisting.
At the end, the overall shape is tested by Quadratic element measurement and then the parts are packaged for delivery.
