Process analysis: The product is an aluminum alloy spare part. Due to the thin wall thickness, the die-casting process was chosen to complete the production. The product is relatively simple and there is no difficulty in the overall process, but the requirement for the appearance is relatively high. There must be no push-marks after shot blasting. The colors should be uniform. Therefore we chose anodizing as the surface treatment to improve the anti-corrosion for outdoor use. Finally, after visual inspection and dimensional inspection, a dimensional inspection report and a material report are issued for shipment. The spare parts are packaged individually.
