Process Analysis: The product is a pump body accessory. The required material is ductile iron.

Sand casting is used to complete the blank casting. We use resin sand mold + aluminum mold to fabricate the mold.

After casting and completing the polishing process, the pump body is compliance with a sequential testing to ensure the high quality.

First, the cast parts will be subjected to non-destructive testing PT.

After the inspection is completed, the casting will be shot blasted and sandblasted, and anti-rust paint will be sprayed.

Then, the workpiece will transfer to the processing procedure. We will use special inspection tools to conduct strict initial inspection of each processing procedure.

After confirming that there are no problems, the final inspection will be carried out and the inspection report will be issued.

At last, the workpiece will be sent for pressure testing. 

With all the testings are completed, the final packaging and delivery will be arranged.
