Process Analysis
The product is a cast iron gearbox part, made of QT450 material, and is cast and produced by coated sand process, and the size of the casting is required to be in CT9 grade. After casting, non-destructive testing will be carried out to confirm that the product will not shrink and crack. After the test, a comprehensive machining and assembly test should be carried out, in which the flatness of the installation surface is required to be within 0.05. Assembly merge inspection is performed. The processing is carried out by a special 1500 machining center, with special tooling and special tools, and the processing size is regularly detected during processing to determine whether to replace the tool. After all the machining is completed, the assembly will be carried out without bolts, and the gap of the assembly surface will be checked to confirm whether the flatness after fitting is qualified. Finally, a pressure holding test will be carried out to confirm whether the product will leak during operation. Finally, do a good job of anti-rust packaging and delivery.
