Process Analysis
The product is a gravity casting aluminum alloy part. The material is A356. The blank is produced by tilt pouring casting machine.
As an electrical product part, the product has very strict requirements on the casting quality, and sand holes and pores are not allowed.
After casting and shot blasting, each piece must be visually inspected to confirm that there are no sand holes, pores, and shrinkage on the surface.
After confirmation, T6 heat treatment is carried out.
And then precision machining is carried out after heat treatment, which must go through lathe processes and milling machine processes.
After machining, it is confirmed again that there are no sand holes, pores, and shrinkage on the processed surface.
And then acid and alkali water high-pressure cleaning is carried out to remove oil stains on the surface.
After air drying, the size is tested. it is packaged and shipped after confirmation
