Process Analysis
The product is a gearbox part made of gravity cast aluminum.
It uses a tilted rotary casting machine for quantitative rotary casting. By this way, it can better ensure the quality of Aluminum castings.
After casting, precision machining process is carried out. The processing of the product is relatively simple, but the position and concentricity requirements are high.
After processing, a comprehensive three-dimensional scanning test should be carried out to check whether the blank size meets the requirements of the drawing.
The Three-coordinate is used to detect the size and the position relationship of each position.
Once all is qualified, a test report will be issued to customers.
