Blank casting
The cast iron gearbox housing is cast with clay sand technology.
We make an aluminum mold in advance. The sand core is cast with coated sand technology.
Then the sand mold is made by the automatic molding machine.
The automatic molding machine has its unique advantages when making the sand mold.
With the same pressure and the same amount of sand input, aided by the vibration base, the sand mold's hardness is more uniform.
Therefore the casting blanks achieve uniform size and surface roughness.
The cast iron gearbox housing has a thin-wall. It is not easy to cast and defects often occur.
With rich casting experience for over 22-years and professional technicians,
we are able to present high quality products to customers.
Machining
The cast iron gearbox housing requires drilled and tapped holes.
There are also machining surfaces.
We work for that on vertical or horizontal CNC machining centers.
Dimension Inspection
After the machining, the housing's dimensions and accuracy are inspected with CMM.
After confirming that the product comply with the drawing, an inspection report will be issued will be made

Standard and professional export packaging is provided.

Our company manufacture various grades of gray iron and ductile iron.
We are equipped with 2 sets of 1000KG electric furnaces, 1 set of 2000KG electric furnace, and 1 set of 500KG electric furnace.
There is one horizontal clay sand casting line and it is equipped with a furnace temperature monitoring system.
The maximum casting weight can reach 3.5 tons.
We have strong machining abilities with 8 CNC lathes, 6 machining centers and various machining tools.
