Process Brief Introduction

Casting Technology
The blank is produced by silica sol precision casting process.
The material required by the drawing is strictly cast, and the wax pattern is made with medium temperature wax.
The advantages of medium temperature wax are high dimensional accuracy and small thermal expansion coefficient,
which can ensure high dimensional accuracy.
Good surface quality and smooth surface can help reduce surface defects of castings. High strength and not easily damaged during transportation. Good fluidity can better fill the mold.
Machining
We design special processing tools and perform milling processing on the machining center.
Heat Treatment
Solution treatment is carried out.
Surface Painting
The surface is sandblasted and vibrated to enhance the surface finish.
Quality Inspection
After casting, we provide material list, blank inspection report, and special tooling to inspect the position.
Packing & Delivery
The fire sprinkler nozzles are separately packed into anti-collision packages, and finally are packed in wooden boxes.
The delivery terms can be FOB, CIF, etc. according to customers' requirements.
