Process Brief Introduction
Aluminum die-casting, precision milling on machining center, CMM machine inspection, material inspection, and Pre furnace inspection.
Casting Technology
We use aluminum die-casting to manufacture this part. The mold is designed with a core-pulling mold.
A 1,200-ton die-casting machine is used. The casting accuracy can reach CT5.
Materials are analyzed before furnace die-casting to ensure product material and internal quality.
10% of the batch is subject to radiographic inspection.
Machining
The part is milled with a special tooling to ensure accuracy of the die cast Aluminum parts for conveyor systems
The positioning and concentricity of the sliding shaft installation are relatively high.
Surface Painting
We use shot blasting and sandblasting after casting, and anodizing to achieve better corrosion resistance.
Packing & Delivery
The die cast Aluminum parts for conveyor systems are individually packed into anti-collision packages and then fully packed in wooden boxes with a size of 1200*800*1100mm.
The terms could be EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. according to customers.
