Casting Technology: Sand casting, lost foam casting, molding line. Casting Weight Range: 1KG-1.5T. The factory is equipped with 0.5T, 1T, 2T, 5T electric furnaces, which can adapt to the casting requirements of different products with different weights and different quantities to meet the different needs of customers for small batches to large batches.

Material: GG20, GG25, GG30/GGG40, GGG45, GGG50, GGG55, GGG60, GGG70. Isothermal ductile iron has different material production experience, and the spectral analysis is used to ensure that the composition of molten iron and finished products before pouring meets the requirements, tensile test, impact test to meet the mechanical properties requirements of the material.

Mold Design: Independent R&D team, can independently carry out mold design. The molds are all produced with high-quality die steel, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. It is suitable for multi-batch, high-volume production.

Standard: NATIONAL STANDARD/EUROPEAN STANDARD/AMERICAN STANDARD/CUSTOMER'S OWN STANDARD. For many years of exporting to European and American enterprises, each customer's standard requirements have established an information database, and production, packaging and delivery are carried out in strict accordance with the standards.

Heat Treatment: Normalizing, Annealing, Quenching and Tempering, Surface Quenching, Nitriding, Carbonitriding, Induction Hardening. Different heat treatments can be provided according to the requirements of different customers for material performance, improve the hardness, strength, toughness and wear resistance of materials, improve processing performance, and reduce internal stress and deformation.

Surface Treatment: Sandblasting/eco-friendly primer, topcoat/galvanizing/electrophoresis/antirust paint. Commonly used paint brands: Nippon, BASF, Aksu, Sherwin-Williams.

Dimensional inspection tools: Caliper/micrometer/height gauge/plug gauge/ring gauge/three-coordinate measurement/self-made fixture. Strict size control, castings, processing, before delivery of the product size inspection, the key size inspection rate can reach 100%, for the important size that is not easy to measure, the use of three-coordinate measurement, self-made inspection fixture measurement, without affecting the production efficiency under the premise, strict control of the product size in line with the requirements of the drawings within the tolerance range.

Drawings: 3D drawings: .step / .stp /.igs, 2D drawings: .dxf/ .dwg / .pdf /.jpg / .tif /.bmp, common drawing software: CAD, UG, SolidWorks, etc.

Inspection: Material Inspection/Mechanical Property Inspection/Dimensional Inspection/Appearance Inspection/UT, MT Inspection/Coating Thickness Inspection. A quality inspection plan is specified for each product, and different inspection points are specified, H, W, R, and E, and product inspection is carried out according to the inspection points.
