Product Material: AL6063-T6

Production process: CNC Lathe Machining
Using CNC lathe machining, machining centre positioning and drilling, the machining accuracy can reach 0.01mm, the surface roughness can reach RA 0.8~3.2; if there are special requirements, it can be less than Ra0.8.
Heat Treatment: T6
Through solution treatment and complete artificial ageing, the alloying elements are more evenly distributed, and more strengthening phases are precipitated, which significantly improves the hardness, tensile strength, and corrosion resistance of the material. This treatment is suitable for applications with high requirements for material properties, such as critical components in aerospace and automotive.

Surface Treatment: Anodizing enhance corrosion resistance and improve hardness and wear resistance.
Dimensional inspection tools: Caliper/micrometer/height gauge/plug gauge/ring gauge/three-coordinate measurement/self-made fixture. Strict size control, castings, processing, before delivery of the product size inspection, the key size inspection rate can reach 100%, for the important size that is not easy to measure, the use of three-coordinate measurement, self-made inspection fixture measurement, without affecting the production efficiency under the premise, strict control of the product size in line with the requirements of the drawings within the tolerance range.
Drawings: 3D drawings: .step / .stp /.igs, 2D drawings: .dxf/ .dwg / .pdf /.jpg / .tif /.bmp, common drawing software: CAD, UG, SolidWorks, etc.
Inspection: Material Inspection/Mechanical Property Inspection/Dimensional Inspection/Appearance Inspection/UT, MT Inspection/Coating Thickness Inspection. A quality inspection plan is specified for each product, and different inspection points are specified, H, W, R, and E, and product inspection is carried out according to the inspection points.
Products Packaging: Inner packing: anti-rust oil + anti-rust bag, keep for more than 12 months, outer packaging: standard fumigation-free wooden box.
