Process Analysis
The product is a sand cast steel pump body part. 304 stainless steel is the production material. The blank is produced by sand casting process.
304 material has good corrosion resistance and is mostly used in pump products. The material can increase the service life of the product.
After casting the blank, a PT inspection will be carried out to check the quality of the blank.
After confirming there is no problem, the machining process will be carried out.
It is mainly processed by lathe with the aid of a special tooling. The precision processing is carried out, and then the hole processing process is carried out by the machining center.
After completion, surface treatment and powder spraying process will be carried out as required.
A test report will be provided after completion.
Finally the sand cast steel pump body part will be packed for delivery.
