Production process: Gravity Cast Aluminum

2. Strong machinability: It has better shaping ability, and after subsequent machining, it can obtain products with more accurate size requirements, and the surface finish can reach Ra1.6 or above.
3. High strength: After T6 heat treatment, the strength of gravity casting aluminum alloy products can be greatly improved, surpassing that of die-casting products. Higher strength and tensile elongation after heat treatment.
4. Wide range of applications: The gravity casting process can produce products with complex cavities, which is suitable for the production of small batches of products, especially those critical parts that need to withstand heavy loads or work in extreme environments.
Surface Treatment: Shot blasting

Heat Treatment: Different heat treatments can be provided according to the requirements of different customers for material performance, improve the hardness, strength, toughness and wear resistance of materials, improve processing performance, and reduce internal stress and deformation.
Dimensional inspection tools: Caliper/micrometer/height gauge/plug gauge/ring gauge/three-coordinate measurement/self-made fixture. Strict size control, castings, processing, before delivery of the product size inspection, the key size inspection rate can reach 100%, for the important size that is not easy to measure, the use of three-coordinate measurement, self-made inspection fixture measurement, without affecting the production efficiency under the premise, strict control of the product size in line with the requirements of the drawings within the tolerance range.
Drawings: 3D drawings: .step / .stp /.igs, 2D drawings: .dxf/ .dwg / .pdf /.jpg / .tif /.bmp, common drawing software: CAD, UG, SolidWorks, etc.
Inspection: Material Inspection/Mechanical Property Inspection/Dimensional Inspection/Appearance Inspection/UT, MT Inspection/Coating Thickness Inspection. A quality inspection plan is specified for each product, and different inspection points are specified, H, W, R, and E, and product inspection is carried out according to the inspection points.
Products Packaging: Inner packing: anti-rust oil + anti-rust bag, keep for more than 12 months, outer packaging: standard fumigation-free wooden box.
