Before starting production, we should design the production mold of the product, generate the mold drawing through the three-dimensional drawing, and then design and adjust the plug-in.
The overall draft angle is designed to be 2°. After the mold design is the production of the mold, this cycle takes about 20 days, during which the mold should be tested to ensure smooth mass production.
The material of the mold is H13 die steel, and the guaranteed production quantity is 200,000 pieces. After the mold is completed, we will start the trial production of the sample. We will do cutting inspection to judge the correctness of the process.
After the completion of inspection, the mature process is determined for mass production.
X-ray inspection will be done every hour or batch to ensure the quality of products.
