It can be directly cast without processing.

However, the initial investment of the coated sand process is high, and the mold cost is much higher than that of wood mold casting.
The advantage is that the casting accuracy is high, which can reach CT8 casting accuracy.
The appearance can reach Ra6.4, which is slightly worse than the precision casting process, but much better than the wood mold casting process.
It is a casting process with high cost performance.
