Products Description
Rust prevention of castings Investment castings often need to be treated for mid-term rust prevention. Anti-rust methods are generally treated with anti-rust liquid or oil seal. Castings should be cleaned before rust prevention.
1. The castings shall be cleaned with washing liquid, and the castings shall be dried by dry compressed air after washing.
2. Anti-rust treatment Anti-rust solution treatment.
3. The oil sealing method of oil sealing castings is mainly cold coating method and hot coating method.
(1) Cold coating process: feed (put the casting into the hanging basket)→ wash (No. 120 or No. 200 solvent gasoline)→ dry (50~60℃ hot air)→ oil (anti-rust grease)→ packaging.
(2) Hot coating method
Castings that have been rust-proof by anti-rust liquid or oil seal should be stored in a warehouse with humidity not greater than 70%.
