Process Analysis
The part is produced by the machining the aluminum alloy profiles.
The most difficult point of this part is the milling of the tooth.
Let's briefly analyze the process.
First, the sheet metal profile is rough machined with sufficient cutting allowance. Then it is sent for T6 heat treatment.
Second, precision machining in CNC machining center for milling, drilling and other processes.
The machining of teeth and holes is completed in one clamping.
Third, chamfering process. The chamfering on the back is also processed in CNC machining center to achieve consistent depth and size.
After all machining completion, the part is sent for CMM inspection. An inspection report is issued.
