Process Brief Introduction

Silicone sol water glass casting process. Mold processing, wax pressing, casting, surface shot blasting, vibratory grinding, precision machining, special tooling design and processing.

Casting Technology

The silica sol precision casting process is used for the production of blanks, and the materials required by the drawings are cast, and the wax molds are made with medium-temperature wax. The advantages of medium-temperature wax are high dimensional accuracy and small coefficient of thermal expansion, which can ensure high dimensional accuracy. The surface quality is good, and it can form a smooth surface, which is conducive to reducing the surface defects of castings. It has high strength and is not easy to be damaged during handling. It has good fluidity and can better fill the mold.

Machining

CNC lathe processing is adopted, and special stainless steel processing tools are selected for cutting.

Surface Painting

The surface is sandblasted and vibratory grinding is done to enhance the surface finish.

Packing & Delivery

After confirming that the large machine tool castings is qualified, it will be packed and shipped in standard export package or customized package.

The terms could be EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. according to customers.
