Casting Technology
The silica sol casting process in precision casting is used to produce the cast steel pump connector blanks.
The customer requested that the product be subjected to glass bead shot blasting process for surface treatment.
Machining
The coaxiality is required to reach 0.05mm.
Customized jig is used for lathing to ensure the processing consistency of the product.
In order to ensure a better processing finish of the product, the selection of cutting tools and cutting fluid are optimized.
The thread is a special tooling, and special thread inspection regulations need to be customized. The biggest difficulty is the position requirement after the thread is tightened, so a special position detection tooling was produced for inspection.
Heat treatment

Quality inspection
A special thread inspection gauge needs to be customized.
A special position detection tooling is produced for inspection of the thread position after tightening.
After casting, we provide a material list, a blank inspection report, customize a special thread inspection gauge, and use the samples provided by the customer to make a special position inspection tool to ensure the position deviation of each thread after tightening.

The cast steel pump connectors are individually packed and then are packed in wooden boxes
The terms could be EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. according to customers.
