Products Description
The pouring system is the channel that guides the metal liquid into the cavity in the mold. The successful pouring process depends on the nature of the metal itself, the nature of the cast and the structure of the pouring system. Reasonable gating system design should be based on the structural characteristics of the casting, technical conditions, alloy types, the selection of the gating system structure type, determine the introduction location, calculate the section size and so on. The design of the pouring system should follow the following principles:
1) Guide the metal liquid to fill the mold smoothly and continuously to avoid the air entrainment, metal oxide inclusion and erosion of the core due to excessive flooding.
