Casting Technology
The sand casting water glass sand process is used to produce the blank for the cast steel bearing seat.
We make the casting accuracy reach CT10-11.
With professional casting experience, technicans and strict inspection, the blank is guaranteed to be free of shrinkage and porosity.
Machining
First, we use a lathe to process the outer circle, inner hole and thread.
After that, it is transferred to the CNC machining center for keyway machining and drilling.
Surface Painting
We use powder painting with color # RAL9005.
During the process, the cast steel bearing seats' holes and threads are protected from the painting.
Packing & Delivery
After confirming that the large machine tool castings is qualified, it will be packed and shipped in standard export package or customized package.
The terms could be EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. according to customers.
