Introduction
The cast steel stop valve is mainly used for interceptting gas or liquid in the pipeline.
During the interception process, pressure will be generated, which requires the product to have a certain pressure resistance and sealing performance. Different materials will be used for the seals in different media valves.
Investment Casting
We use silica sol investment casting. The accuracy level could reach CT8. The surface finish will be Rz3.2.
Deformation is slight. The cast steel stop valve looks neat with high precision.
Surface Treatment
We carry out shot blasting and sand blasting for the surface treatment.
Heat Treatment
The stainless steel's pefermance is improved after solution treatment.
Pressure Testing
The cast steel stop valve will be tested at 6.5bar pressure holding for 5 min. min.
Packing & Delivery
The valves is packed into separate anti-collision packages and then in free-fumigation wooden cases sized 120 x 80 x 110cm.
Various payment terms could be accepted such as EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.
