Process Analysis: The product is a supporting accessory for the large crusher and is the basis for the stable operation. Therefore, it is relatively heavy and has four supporting feet. Considering the size and performance requirements, we imploy the sand casting process to produce blanks.
After casting, it is necessary to perform quenching and tempering to improve the mechanical properties of the material. Mechanical property inspection bars are cast in furnace with the parts.
After quenching and tempering, the part will have qualified properties. As a professional manufacturer, mechanical property tests and non-destructive tests are provided to ensure that no cracks will be generated during vibration.
After completing these processes, the product is sprayed with paint to prevent corrosion, and then transferred to the processing process for rough processing.
Since this product only requires rough processing, it is delivered in the status shown in the picture.
