Material Testing
After the raw materials arrive, they will undergo two testing for composition and performance.
This procedure is to ensure the raw materials to meet the international standards.
CNC Machining
The stainless steel bearing seat is engineered with CNC machinig centers.
After chrome coating, they are finely ground on a grinder.
The accuracy can reach 1-3um. The surface hardness is ≥50HRC. The surface finish can reach 0.8um.
Solution treatment
The heat treatment is to improve the hardness, strength, toughness and wear resistance of materials, improve processing performance, and reduce internal stress and deformation, etc.
Inspection
Dimensional Control:
We carry out strict dimensional control includes first-piece inspection, engineering staff's self-inspection, final inspection before shipment.
The dimensions of the stainless steel bearing seats are inspected at each procedure and inspection records are kept to ensure product traceability.
The inspection rate of key dimensions can reach 100%.
For important dimensions that are difficult to measure and have high precision, CMM machine is used to strictly control product dimensions to meet the tolerance range required by the drawings.
