Process Analysis
The product is an aluminum alloy machined part. It will be used as a part of a large industrial printer. So the part has high precision requirements. The tolerance is about 0.02mm, and the most precise tolerance is 0.005mm.
The machine tool used in the production of the product is Doosan Machine Tool's 5-axis machining center. The machine tool itself has an accuracy of 0.002mm.
The advantage of machining with a five-axis machining center is that the overall machining can be completed with the least number of clamping times, which can maximize the position relationship of the product.
The overall machining is not too difficult, and there is no surface treatment requirement.
After machining, quality inspection will be carried out, and the dimensions of the product will be measured with three coordinates.
A test report will be issued accordingly for the aluminum alloy machined part.
