Process Analysis
The product is a machined friction disc part. The product adopts profile processing for production.
Since the part is relatively very thin and casting will lead to defects such as leaking casting and shrinkage.
And the drawing requires full surface processing, so it is determined that profile processing is more suitable.
During the processing, the lathe is first used for rough processing and tempering treatment.
Then the lathe finishing process is carried out.
After that, the milling machine is used for surface milling and drilling to complete the production of the entire part.
The material report, quality inspection report, mechanical properties report after heat treatment are issued.
Finally the friction discs are packed for shipment.
