Process Brief Introduction
Lathe processing, machining center processing, grinder processing, four-axis linkage machining center processing, surface treatment and polishing, dynamic balance testing.
Machining
It is processed by CNC lathe, and the surface is chrome-plated and then finely ground by the upper grinder, with an accuracy of 1-3um, a surface hardness of ≥50HRC, and a surface finish of 0.8um
Surface treatment
Chrome plating：The chromium layer is uniform, does not peel off after long-term use, and the hardness value is ≥50HRC, which achieves wear-resistant effect
Inspection
After processing, the OEM Coupling Parts will be inspected using CMM machines.
A test report will be issued.
The material report will be provided with the raw material certificate from the material manufacturer.
Packing & Delivery
After confirming that the large machine tool castings is qualified, it will be packed and shipped in standard export package or customized package.
The terms could be EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. according to customers.
