Process Analysis
The product is a motorcycle cylinder head part, made of aluminum alloy.
The overall casting tolerance reaches the casting grade of CT4.
The size consistency is very good so will reduce the amount of cutting in processing.
The product adopts high-pressure die-casting technology, and the mold material is H13 mold steel.
H13 mold steel will guarantee a maximum die-casting mold life of 100,000 times.
The products will be delivered as blanks to the customer, a mechanical machining plant for further machining.
X-ray inspection will be performed for the batch from each furnace.
Material analysis will be performed before the furnace.
Blank size is inspected before packing.
Once the requirements of the drawing is qualified, the die cast aluminum alloy cylinder head parts will be packed for delivery
