Process Analysis
The product is made of QT450 material for casting blanks, and is produced by sand casting resin sand process. After casting, anti-rust paint treatment is carried out after shot blasting and sandblasting. The rotary machining process can be completed after vertical lathe processing and machining center processing. Finally, after size testing, material testing, and mechanical property testing, it is packaged and shipped.
QT450 ductile iron has the following advantages: excellent mechanical properties, tensile strength ≥ 450MPa, yield strength ≥ 310MPa, elongation ≥10%, hardness between 160-210HB, high strength and good toughness and plasticity, can withstand large loads and impacts, and is not easy to break. The wear resistance is good, and the graphite is spherical, which effectively reduces friction and wear. Good processability. Excellent casting performance, good fluidity, low shrinkage, can cast castings with complex shapes and high dimensional accuracy, reduce casting defects, and improve casting quality and yield.
