Process Analysis
The product is a sand-cast steel support frame part. It consists two parts, the support base and the fixed bracket.
The mold of the product is relatively complex. It took many experiments during the casting process to reach the qualified standard.
After the casting is completed, each part is subjected to non-destructive testing to ensure the rigidity.
Once the test report is acceptable, the parts are sent for precision machining.
The gantry machining center and power head are used for overall machining.
The upper fixed bracket is processed by the machining center.
The overall accuracy can reach 0.02mm.
Dimensional inspection is carried out with CMM.
After fully meeting the drawing requirements, the sand cast steel support frame parts will be packaged and shipped.
