Process Analysis

The part is made for the valve body of a pressure relief valve.

Due to the application environmental requirements, 316 material with better corrosion resistance is used for the casting.

The casting process of the part is not too difficult.

During processing, due to the need to be equipped with a pressure relief device, there are high requirements for the processing accuracy of the part. Therefore, during the production process, we made a special go/no-go gauge inspection tool to inspect each piece and ensure their smooth installation and sealing.

Special tooling fixtures were also made to ensure the clamping accuracy of the part.

PT inspection at key positions was selected to ensure that the casting is defect-free.

Finally, a material report, dimension inspection report, non-destructive inspection photos and reports were issued.

The casting valve body will be well packed for delivery and shipping.
