Casting Technology
The product is a die-cast aluminum electric motors housing.
It is die cast with a 2000-ton die-casting machine.
From mold development to mold making, it takes about 30 days.
This product has more cores to pull. Therefore, the mold making process is relatively complex and has a greater value.
After the mold is made, it is tested. For the one hand, the molds application is inspected. On the other hand, the size and surface quality of the die-cast product is inspected.
After confirmation, mass production begins.
Special toolings are designed for the processing of inner cavities, planes and threads.
