Process Analysis
The product is the pressure monitoring shell fitting in the pressure relief valve, which is cast and produced by GGG50 material. The casting accuracy of the product is required to be close to the grade of CT8, so the coated sand process is used for casting. Precision machining is carried out after casting the finished blank, and the machining accuracy can reach 0.01mm. After the dimensional test, the pressure holding test is carried out, and the pressure test is carried out with a special test fixture. The test pressure is 7Mpa (70 bar). After the pressure test, powder coating is performed. And provide the corresponding inspection report, pressure test report, material report and other test reports after packaging and delivery.
