Process Analysis
The product is a silica sol precision cast steel fitting. It is a cylinder head product.
The product requirements are relatively high, and the accuracy requirement is 0.01mm.
The blank is produced with the silica sol casting technology, which can minimize the processing amount and ensure casting.
To ensure the smoothness of the surface, after casting, a precision machining process is carried out using a turning and milling composite center.
One-time clamping of the processed parts can minimize the accuracy difference caused by multiple clampings.
After processing, powder coating is carried out. The color number is RAL9005, black.
The finished product will be packed and shipped. Material list and size inspection sheet will be provided.
