For example, tensile strength can be increased by about 25% on average, yield strength by about 20% on average, and corrosion resistance and hardness can be significantly improved
High dimensional accuracy and surface finish: The castings of metal mold casting have high dimensional accuracy and low surface roughness values, and have good quality and dimensional stability.
Heat Treatment: Salt bath quenching
It can improve the hardness and wear resistance of the workpiece while reducing the surface roughness

Strict size control, castings, processing, before delivery of the product size inspection, the key size inspection rate can reach 100%, for the important size that is not easy to measure, the use of three-coordinate measurement, self-made inspection fixture measurement, without affecting the production efficiency under the premise, strict control of the product size in line with the requirements of the drawings within the tolerance range.
Drawings: 3D drawings: .step / .stp /.igs, 2D drawings: .dxf/ .dwg / .pdf /.jpg / .tif /.bmp, common drawing software: CAD, UG, SolidWorks, etc.
Inspection: Material Inspection/Mechanical Property Inspection/Dimensional Inspection/Appearance Inspection/UT, MT Inspection/Coating Thickness Inspection. A quality inspection plan is specified for each product, and different inspection points are specified, H, W, R, and E, and product inspection is carried out according to the inspection points.
Products Packaging: Inner packing: anti-rust oil + anti-rust bag, keep for more than 12 months, outer packaging: standard fumigation-free wooden box.
