Process analysis: The product is a cylinder head part. It is processed and formed from bars. The material is C45S. The required overall accuracy is H7, and there is a sealing groove.
With professional evaluation of the drawings and technical requirements, it must go through several procedures to get the finished parts, such as rough processing, quenching and tempering, fine processing, and processing holes on machining centers.
During rough processing, we will guarantee a processing allowance of over 0.5mm for further quenching and tempering treatment.
The mechanical properties of the material after quenching and tempering can reach a yield strength of more than 35MPa and a tensile strength of more than 60MPa, which can meet the needs of pressure parts.
After quenching and tempering, fine processing should be carried out. The whole part is turned to reach high precision by a precision CNC lathe. The accuracy will reach up to 0.01mm.
After the turning process is completed, drilling and reaming processes should be carried out.
Finally dimensional inspection is performed and a test report is issued. We will pack the parts independently for delivery.
