Process analysis: The product is a pipe fitting and is a higher-end corner connection fitting. So it has high requirements for flatness.
The flat surface is the sealing area and is made with concave and convex. The seals have same cnocave and convex structures. So they can be fixed in position to achieve a best sealing results.
Considering the high requirements of the flatness, we employ silica sol technology to produce the blanks. Silica sol precision casting is mainly used to produce high-end precision castings. This technology will ensure the best surface quality of the product.
When the blank is produced, a low-pressure holding test is performed to ensure the quality of the blank.
After the testing, machining is performed, and special tooling is used for cutting and drilling.
With these procedures, we will get the desired flat parts. To further make sure of the flatness, the flatness is strictly checked and guaranteed.
Finally, powder spraying is carried out. The powder used is from major international brands to meet customers' technical requirements.
