Process Analysis
The products are rotary bracket parts for mining machinery, the material is American Standard ASTM-115-95 material, after casting the products should be non-destructive testing, mainly to do MT (magnetic particle flaw detection), UT (ultrasonic flaw detection). After the casting is completed, the flaw detection work will be done before processing. When the non-destructive testing is qualified, the rough machining process, boring machine processing with special tooling. After machining, we will do masking and painting treatment, and provide material report, inspection report and NDT report after three coordinates inspection size. After confirmation of qualification, we will pack and ship the products.
