Process Analysis
The product is a pump shaft machined from bars.
This type of product has high performance requirements for the material. It needs to be tempered.
We choose to temper after rough processing because he stress of the bar will be releassed more effectively.
After tempering, the product will be precision machined. The contact surface to the bearings will be deeply removed to achieve the coating thickness.
After hard chrome plating, the fine grinding process must be carried out. The drawing size will be inspected and guaranteed.
Then the keyway milling process will be carried out.
Following that, the sizes must be inspected with OMM.
The surface finished will be inspected with the finish analyzers.
Finally, the machined pump shaft will be oil-immersed and carefully packaged in individal and anti-collision packages.
Customers will receive them in good condition after air freight or sea shipment.
