The whole process need to carry out six steps: roughing, QT, finishing, milling, quenching and grinding.

 

Roughing: The first step in the manufacturing process is roughing. This involves removing any excess material from the raw material to create a basic shape. During this step, the material is rough cut or chiseled, leaving behind a rough surface.

 

QT: The next step is QT, which stands for Quenching and Tempering. This step involves heating the material to a specific temperature and then quickly cooling it down to harden the material. This process also helps to improve the material's overall strength and durability.

 

Finishing: Once the material has been quenched and tempered, it is time to move on to the finishing stage. During this step, the material is ground and polished to achieve a smooth, even surface. This process helps to remove any burrs or rough spots that may have been left behind during the roughing stage.

 

Milling: The milling process involves cutting the material into the desired shape and size. This process is typically done using a CNC machine, which provides precise control over the cutting process. The main goal of milling is to achieve a high level of accuracy and repeatability in the final product.

Quenching: Quenching is another important step in the manufacturing process. This involves heating the material to a specific temperature and then rapidly cooling it down to improve its overall strength and toughness. This process can also be used to create specific physical properties in the material, such as a hard or soft surface.

 

Grinding: Finally, the last step in the manufacturing process is grinding. This step involves using an abrasive material to remove any excess material or surface imperfections. Grinding helps to create a smooth, even surface and ensures that the final product meets all necessary specifications.
