Cast Iron Pump Cover Fitting

The product is a sand cast iron pump cover fitting. It is produced with sand cast iron clay sand line shell making process.

The casting accuracy can reach CT8 level.

However, there are restrictions on the size, which generally does not exceed 800mm.

It is suitable for making some small-sized but high-precision parts with high casting accuracy requirements.

The material is GGG50. 

Ductile iron (GGG) is an iron-carbon casting material that contains carbon components in the form of graphite, and its graphite is almost entirely in the form of larger spheres. It is a relatively high-strength ductile iron material.

The mechanical properties are tensile strength: ≥500Mpa, yield point: ≥320Mpa, elongation: ≥7. 

In order to ensure the flatness during machining, a special processing tool is used to perform center positioning turning on the lathe. 

It can effectively improve the flatness accuracy of the cast iron pump cover fitting.

This product is a long-term product with a production cycle of about 30 days.

The mold will be inspected before each use to ensure product quality.
