Process analysis: The product is a truck intake valve accessory, made of GGG60 ductile iron. The mechanical properties of this material is:

conditional yield strength σ0.2 (MPa) ≥ 370
elongation δ (%) ≥ 3
hardness between 190 and 270HB.
The blank is cast with coated sand technology, which is an ideal way to reach casting accuracy CT8.
After the blank is produced, it will be quickly machined with a special tooling. The production speed will be increased by 30% and a high consistency of sizes can be guaranteed.
After the machining, the cast parts will be tested for air tightness.
At last, three-coordinate test will be performed and a corresponding test report will be issued.
We will provide material list, quality inspection list, three-coordinate test and other related reports according to customers' requirement.
The finished parts will be packed according to export stand to keep them safe during shipment.
