Process Analysis
The product is a valve body part made by investment casting silica sol technology.
The material is FC8M stainless steel. It is similar to material 304.
The blank must undergo strict inspection when waxing.
It will be trimmed from the appearance to the inner cavity before the shell making process.
In order to ensure the quality, the shell is increased from the original five-layer to seven layers.
The strength of the solica sol layer is greater accordingly.
After the finished shell has gone through the dewaxing process, it is fired.
When the temperature reaches above 960 degrees, the casting begins.
The casting begins after the material is confirmed.
After the blank is formed, a solid solution treatment is required.
The risers are machined after cutting.
Special processing tooling will be used during the machining process to ensure product accuracy.
Finally, the complete set of valves is assembled and professionally inspected, packed and shipped.
