Process Analysis

Thereby the internal stress will be released and the possibility of deformation and cracking will be effectively reduced.

The other is to stablize the size.

After aging treatment, the dimensional stability of cast iron parts is improved.

This is very important for some cast iron parts that require high dimensional accuracy (such as precision mechanical parts like the machine tool beds).

If the dimensions are unstable, the dimensions of the cast iron parts will change during the application.
