Process Analysis
The product is a large sand cast iron casting product with resin sand process, the weight is generally more than 1 ton, and the material is gray iron. The accessories used separately include cast iron platforms of various specifications, which are used as assembly platforms, marking platforms, and inspection platforms. The sand iron casting process now accounts for a large proportion of exports, accounting for about 76% of the total export value. These include sand cast gray iron and sand cast ductile iron. We have rich experience in large-scale iron castings, four 5-ton electric furnaces, two 10-ton electric furnaces, and a 20-ton cupola, which can theoretically cast castings with a single weight of 50 tons.
