Aluminum Sand Casting
This product is a support frame for cast aluminum boat part.
We use sand casting clay sand technology to cast the aluminum alloy.
The casting accuracy is CT11.
Grinding
To ensure powder coating effect, the casting surface of the entire product must be polished to have no obvious protrusions, no casting surface residue, clear edges and corners, and no defects in appearance. A process mounting hole needs to be processed.
Surface Painting
We use high quality epoxy resin powder to do the surface paining with color number RAL 9005.
The painting will sinter at high temperature and form an efficient corrosion-resistant surface.
Packing & Delivery
After confirming that the cast aluminum boat part is qualified, it will be packed and shipped in standard export package or customized package.
The terms could be EXW, FOB, CIF, etc. according to customers.
