Process analysis: The Sand casting lathe base part product is a machine tool parts, belonging to lathe base casting part. The material of sand casting lathe base part product is HT250. After the blank is casted, it must be aged. We use artificial aging treatment (aging by heating and cooling). Sometimes we use natural aging, but the time is needed longer, and it is adopted as per production schedule. But natural aging works better. We only provide the blank. After checking the blank size is qualified and there is no defect, the blank will be treated with anti-rust primer (red paint on the picture). It can be packed and shipped.
