Process Analysis
The product is sand cast iron cylinder block and cylinder head accessories, and the material is GGG45 ductile iron. The sand casting resin sand process is used for the production of blanks, and the shot blasting process should be carried out after casting, and PT Inspection should be done to confirm that the product has no cracks and shrinkage porosity. After confirmation, the anti-rust primer is sprayed. The product has high requirements for machining accuracy, so the machining center is used for cutting, and the accuracy can be guaranteed to be within 0.02mm, and the flatness can be guaranteed to be within 0.01mm. In the production process, special processing tooling should be made for positioning processing, which can ensure the consistency and replaceability of the product. Finally, the processing surface is treated with anti-rust treatment and then packaged and shipped.
