Production process: Sand Casting
The solidification simulation analysis was carried out using the casting simulation software Magmasoft. Based on the predicted results of the hot spot and shrinkage porosity of the casting, the positions of the cold iron, riser, and pouring system were designed, and flow simulation was carried out to optimize the process plan After production verification, there is no shrinkage or looseness inside the casting, which is consistent with the simulation results and fully meets customer requirements.
Production process: Machining
1. Vertical machining spindle end, windward end plane and inner hole.
2. The Longmen milling and drilling machine has drilled the spindle end, with the windward end plane as the reference facing downwards. It is clamped on a special fixture, the machined inner hole is calibrated, and the workpiece is clamped.

For many years of exporting to European and American enterprises, each customer's standard requirements have established an information database, and production, packaging and delivery are carried out in strict accordance with the standards.
Dimensional inspection tools: Caliper/micrometer/height gauge/plug gauge/ring gauge/three-coordinate measurement/self-made fixture. Strict size control, castings, processing, before delivery of the product size inspection, the key size inspection rate can reach 100%, for the important size that is not easy to measure, the use of three-coordinate measurement, self-made inspection fixture measurement, without affecting the production efficiency under the premise, strict control of the product size in line with the requirements of the drawings within the tolerance range.
Drawings: 3D drawings: .step / .stp /.igs, 2D drawings: .dxf/ .dwg / .pdf /.jpg / .tif /.bmp, common drawing software: CAD, UG, SolidWorks, etc.
Inspection: Material Inspection/Mechanical Property Inspection/Dimensional Inspection/Appearance Inspection/UT, MT Inspection/Coating Thickness Inspection. A quality inspection plan is specified for each product, and different inspection points are specified, H, W, R, and E, and product inspection is carried out according to the inspection points.
